Solid Waste Reminder
A reminder that the new solid waste collection schedule will begin on Tuesday September 3, 2019 and the schedule WILL NOT be affected by the Holiday.
Township Offices Closed
The Administrative and Court Offices will be closed on Monday September 2, 2019 in observance of Labor Day. We will resume normal business operations on Tuesday September 3, 2019.

Riverside Schools are officially back in session next week! As a walking district we ask that all residents
take the time to talk to your children young and old about pedestrian safety. Drivers should be cautious
and alert as students learn their walking routes to school. Support our RPD, School staff by following
important safety rules on our streets surrounding the schools. Lets work together to ensure safety is top

IMPORTANT MESSAGE REGARDING SOLID WASTE COLLECTION
The Township Committee has heard your concerns and is pleased to report that a five (5) year solid waste contract will be awarded to a new company, Waste Management, at the August 19, 2019 Township meeting to begin on September 1, 2019.
This information will be sent out with the next tax bills.
The new contract, however, will require a change to the collection day. Curbside collection will now take place Tuesday through Friday in accordance with the map below:

These changes will take effect beginning with the September 3, 2019 collection.
The Township Committee is also pleased to announce that the solid waste collection will be automated in the coming year. More information on the automated program will be coming this Fall.
